PaperArchiver is a free office tool that lets the user make a digital copy of and then encrypt paper documents, which assures you that the use of these documents is only by authorized people.
The programs´s restrictions are controlled by the user, who will have the password, or by a group. So the scanning process works better, you can use Scan to Greyscale Image.
If you have Microsoft Office installed, the scanning is done directly with OCR, thus the program allows you to capture, scan, store, index, organize, delete and search for scanned texts, images and documents very quickly.
